All you pay for is the paper and a charge for each print made.  This charge is normally 3.5p per colour page and 0.5p per black and white page.

How is the cost calculated?

With the free Printer plan you only pay for the prints you produce, depending on which plan you sign up to, you'll get a certain number of colour prints included in the price. So for example if you signed up for our entry level package your first 500 colour prints are covered within the plan.

Some months you may want to do a bit more printing than usual. If you exceed the allowance in your price plan you simply pay for any additional prints you produce these start from as little a 4.5p per colour print and 0.5p for mono.
